What type of equipment do you have?

I have a STOTT reformer with tower, Pilates chair, Bosu, TRX, arc barrel, as well as small props like balls and bands. I also have a trampoline that attaches to the end of the reformer for cardio.

How long will it take to see results?

Every client is different and your progress will depend on several factors such as your current fitness level, any existing injuries, other activities you participate in as well as diet. By ten to fifteen sessions most clients feel significant positive changes in their bodies.

What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?

Pilates is a physical system that uses very specific targeted exercises to improve strength, flexibility and posture with particular focus on the core. Yoga is an integrated health management system using breath, movement and meditation to unite mind, body and spirit.

What should I wear?

It's best to wear form fitting workout clothes so I can see how your body moves. Grip socks are also recommended, but not required.

Can I do Pilates if I have an injury?

Yes, as long as you have clearance from your physician. The Pilates method was originally created for rehabilitation purposes.

What method of Pilates do you teach?

I teach both classical and contemporary.
